‍2. Cancellation Policy
Guest-Initiated Cancellations:
‍Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
‍Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

‍Last-Minute Bookings:Reservations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.

‍Early Check-Outs & No-Shows:
‍No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or no-shows.

‍3. Refund Policy

‍Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

‍4. Force MajeureIn the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances, refunds and cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

‍5. Modifications and Rebooking
‍Date changes are allowed up to 15 days before check-in, subject to villa availability.
A rebooking fee may apply depending on the new booking rates.
Any modifications requested within 15 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and follow the standard cancellation policy.

‍6. Host-Initiated Cancellations
‍If a villa owner cancels a reservation, guests will receive a full refund and may be eligible for a credit towards a future booking.
Homes & Villas will assist in finding alternative accommodations where possible.
